Empowering People with Developmental Disabilities Across New York City.

At NeuSpark Person Directed Services (NeuSpark PDS), we empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live self-determined, fulfilling, and independent lives. Founded in 1984, our organization grew directly out of our founders' personal family experiences. We understand firsthand that finding safe, high-quality, and trustworthy person-centered care for your loved one is one of the most important decisions your family will ever make.

 

Today, we proudly support more than 270 people and their families across Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan through supported housing, residential options, community day programs, and habilitation services.
