A Place Where Everyone Can Thrive

At NeuSpark PDS, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a meaningful, independent life. For adults ages 21 and older with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), finding the right support after aging out of the school system can be a challenge.

That is why we are opening our brand-new Career & Learning Center at Industry City, Brooklyn. This vibrant, modern space is designed to help participants discover their talents, learn real-world skills, make lifelong friends, and connect deeply with the local community.

A project this impactful takes a village. Whether you are a parent looking for the perfect program for your adult child, a business wanting to build a more inclusive workforce, or a neighbor eager to give back, your partnership matters.

Looking for Services? What the Center Offers Your Family

If you are a parent, guardian, or an adult looking for an enriching day program, our new center is built specifically around your goals. We focus on three core pillars to help every individual thrive:

  • Pre-Employment Training: Master the basics of the professional world. Participants learn how to build a resume, practice interviewing, learn digital literacy, and navigate workplace dynamics safely.

  • Certification & School Prep: We provide targeted tutoring and support for participants studying to earn their GED or working toward specific, job-related professional certificates.

  • Career & Community Exploration: Learning doesn't just happen inside a classroom. We take regular trips into the neighborhood to teach participants how to safely travel the New York transit system, shop at local businesses, explore diverse career paths, and build independence.
